Salesforce Effectiveness Manager
Steadman Brown are partnered with a famous UK organisation, which simply put, 'everyone has used the services of'. They've recently implemented Salesforce to power their Sales arm.
As the Salesforce Effectiveness Manager you will work closely with Sales Leadership and senior stakeholders to ensure Salesforce supports how the sales organisation sells, manages performance, forecasts accurately, and delivers against ambitious growth plans. You will drive adoption, improve the quality and consistency of sales data, embed effective sales processes, and make sure leaders have the insight they need to manage pipeline and performance confidently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own Salesforce effectiveness across the Sales organisations, ensuring Salesforce best practice is embedded into the teams daily activities
- Partner with Sales Leaders, Snr Management and C-suite to define, refine and optimise Sales processes through the power of Salesforce
- Own governance of Salesforce sales processes, tooling and KPIs
- Develop interactive reports and dashboards to empower sales teams and equip managers with visibility of activity, pipeline and forecasting
- Work with teams to drive user adoption, helping Salesforce be seen as an enabler, not a database to update.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Sales Enablement / Effectiveness type Salesforce role
- Experienced working in and with Sales organisations
- Strong understanding of the capabilities and features of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, from Sales teams to C-suite.
