About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications that enhance our platform’s functionality and user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving tech environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with cloud services and deployment pipelines (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for our web platform.
- Maintain and improve existing codebase to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
