Salesforce Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Engineer to join a global organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. Working closely with technical leadership, product teams and engineers, you will help design, develop, test and support innovative Salesforce solutions while building your expertise on one of the world's leading enterprise platforms.

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will contribute to the delivery of scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, taking ownership of technical work from design through to deployment. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to solve complex challenges and support the continuous improvement of systems and development practices.

  • Develop, configure, test and deploy Salesforce solutions.
  • Build custom functionality using Salesforce technologies.
  • Support system integrations with internal and external platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to documentation, solution design and engineering best practices.
  • Work within Agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

About You

  • Degree educated in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Around 2+ years' experience in software engineering, application development or Salesforce development.
  • Experience with at least one modern programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or Apex.
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including APIs, data modelling, testing, version control and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration, including Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL and data management concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
