Are you looking to have ownership of your Salesforce platform?
You are the person who shapes how Salesforce works here. This is not a role where you follow someone else's roadmap. You build it, you customise it, you make the calls. The platform is yours to develop in a way that actually makes a difference to the business and the people it serves. The company is a B-Corp certified investment manager with £2.5 billion in assets under management.
Financial services is one of the most interesting spaces to work in as a Salesforce developer, and this firm sits in a corner of it that is doing things differently. Sustainable investment, genuine social impact, and a culture that reflects that from the inside out. It is a place worth working for.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The customisation side of this role is where it gets interesting. You are not maintaining something static. You are building something for the user so you should have professional experience with LWC, APEX and front-end Javascript development (ideally React).

Hybrid working means you get the best of both, time in a collaborative environment and the focus that comes from working at home.
You bring solid Salesforce experience, around five years working with the platform, and at least three years working specifically with Salesforce Platform. You know how to build, not just configure, and you take pride in doing it well.
