Contract: 6 months

Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
- Salesforce Expertise:
- Extensive Salesforce experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience is mandatory. 1–2 years of PSS experience is acceptable.
- Good to have GDS understanding.
- Business Process Skills:
- Proven experience designing and optimizing business processes and integrating processes across disparate systems.
- Strong experience in business process redesign, roadmap planning, multi-cloud implementations, target architecture, and transition architecture.
- Ability to assess business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
- CRM/Salesforce Solutions:
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce 360 and CRM strategy/roadmap development.
- Ability to work with complex business requirements, design, and configuration.
- Collaboration:
- Strong collaboration with Technical Architects, project teams, and implementation partners.
- Experience reviewing design/infrastructure blueprints and identifying potential issues and risks.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide thought leadership and support business process innovation workshops within the Public Sector/Energy & Utilities domain.
