We at Coforge are looking for Salesforce Enterprise Architect in London, UK.

- Experience working on Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud
- Understanding of GDS (Government Digital Service) standards
Job Description
- 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domain.
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce solution architecture.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- Detail-oriented professional with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively to solve complex business and technical challenges.
- Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers.
- Provide thought leadership within the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities industries.
- Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
- Assess customer business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans.
- Provide domain expertise and strategic guidance on Salesforce 360 Platform solutions.
- Work closely with clients to define and execute their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both short-term wins and long-term business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project Teams, and Implementation Partners to define and deliver the proposed architecture.
- Review and guide solution designs, infrastructure blueprints, and proactively identify potential risks and issues.
