Role: Salesforce Enterprise Architect
Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35) / Full Time
Location: London, UK
Job Description:
This role will provide enterprise-level Salesforce architecture and digital transformation leadership, working closely with clients and delivery teams to define CRM strategy, target architecture, roadmaps and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect.
- 14+ years of CRM experience, with at least 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Solution / Enterprise Architecture and Salesforce 360 Platform.
- Proven experience in business process redesign, integration and multi-cloud implementations.
- Experience defining target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation and client advisory skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud.
- Understanding of GDS (Government Digital Service) standards.
- Experience as a Digital Transformation Advisor within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
