Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Location: London, UK - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Contract: Initial 6 months
Rate: £700 per day - Inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join a major digital transformation programme, supporting organisations across the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities space.
This is a strategic architecture role combining Salesforce expertise, business process transformation and customer advisory, with the opportunity to shape CRM strategy, target architecture and multi-cloud roadmaps.

Salesforce Enterprise Architect - Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor, providing strategic Salesforce and CRM guidance to customers.
  • Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
  • Assess complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce 360 solutions and target architectures.
  • Define transition architectures, implementation roadmaps and phased delivery plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects, delivery teams and implementation partners, reviewing solution designs and proactively managing architectural risks.

About You

  • Extensive experience working as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, with 14+ years of CRM experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
  • Strong Salesforce solution architecture experience, with the ability to integrate processes across disparate systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges.
  • Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud and GDS standards experience would be highly desirable.
