About the Role
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
Join our client as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, where you'll lead complex CRM and digital transformation programs across Public Sector and Energy & Utilities environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape CRM strategies and drive impactful transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce enterprise and solution architecture across large-scale transformation programmes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients define CRM strategy, architecture, and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead business process redesign workshops and identify integration points across multi-cloud environments.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
- Define target and transition architectures, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans.
- Provide strategic guidance across the Salesforce 360 Platform.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, delivery teams, and implementation partners.
- Review solution designs and infrastructure blueprints, identifying architectural risks and dependencies.
- Drive integration of business processes across Salesforce and wider enterprise systems.

Your Profile
- 14+ years’ CRM experience with extensive Salesforce Enterprise Architecture expertise.
- 3+ years within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
- Strong Salesforce solution architecture and integration experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop, and presentation skills.
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud experience highly desirable.
- Understanding of GDS standards advantageous.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce Enterprise Architect with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformations. You are adept at navigating complex environments and have a passion for driving CRM innovation. Your expertise in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills, will ensure success in this dynamic role.
