Position Overview
This opportunity has arisen as part of a strategic initiative to enhance customer engagement platforms. The Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing customer portal solutions that improve user experience and drive business success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customise Salesforce Experience Cloud portals to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless user experiences
- Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce components and external systems
- Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation of portal functionalities
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and junior team members

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud development, including community and portal design
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Aura, and LWC component development
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model, APIs, and integration techniques
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Salesforce certifications related to Experience Cloud or Lightning is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to evolving project needs
