Senior Salesforce Consultant - Field Service
Location: Remote, with occasional travel/site visits when required
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant specialising in Salesforce Field Service to join a growing Salesforce consultancy.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, owning delivery across projects while working closely with clients, Solution Architects, and delivery teams. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor consultants and contribute to best practices and innovative Field Service solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations from discovery through go-live and optimisation.
- Design scheduling, dispatch, and optimisation solutions, including capacity planning and technician skills modelling.
- Lead Salesforce Field Service mobile app configuration, data capture, and automation.
- Identify and design AI/Agentic Field Service use cases.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure solutions align with architecture and design principles.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service experience in customer-facing projects.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce Field Service implementations from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of field service and asset-based service processes, including:
- Work order management
- Scheduling and dispatch
- Optimisation
- Capacity planning
- Technician skills management
- Salesforce Flows
- Mobile workforce enablement
