Robert Half have partnered with a global Salesforce consultancy to recruit for a Salesforce Functional Consultant on an initial 3 month rolling contract
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and owning the functional design of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Analyse current ("As Is") business processes and work with stakeholders to define future ("To Be") process improvements.
- Own the functional design of Salesforce solutions and produce detailed solution documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to translate business requirements into best-practice Salesforce implementations.
- Configure Salesforce in line with agreed solution designs.
- Support system testing activities, including internal testing and client UAT.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for end users, administrators, and key stakeholders.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, providing functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and support junior consultants within the delivery team.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by identifying opportunities for additional services and project expansion.
- Travel to client sites when required.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering Salesforce projects end-to-end.
- Strong experience working within Salesforce implementation environments.
- Proven expertise across:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and configuration.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and user adoption initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to additional Salesforce products and clouds.
- Salesforce certifications are advantageous.

Contract:
- Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension.
- Hybrid working model based in London.
