Salesforce Functional Consultant

We are actively seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to join BearingPoint at a pivotal moment of growth based off our continued success in the market. We are proud to operate as a “boutique style” cohort of inspired and passionate experts in our field with focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to the design of scalable, user-focused Salesforce solutions aligned to platform best practices.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (e.g., Flow).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant (3+ years of experience) ideally gained within a management consultancy or Salesforce Partner environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). If you have experience with industry clouds e.g. Financial Services Cloud that would be desirable.
  • Experience with declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM processes and business operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) highly desirable.
