About Threecolts
Threecolts is the leading software suite for online & offline consumer brands (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, eBay, etc.). We’ve built a powerful ecosystem of software solutions to help businesses grow smarter — from revenue recovery and retail finance, to multichannel operations and pricing optimization. With over 500 employees globally and strong backing, we’re scaling fast across new markets and new partner channels.
Who We Are
We’re a global team built for speed, trust, and impact. As an AI enabled company, AI is integrated across Threecolts from development through to operations, empowering teams to move faster, build better, improve quality, and make more informed decisions. We hire exceptional people from all backgrounds and give them the autonomy to move fast and the accountability to deliver, where you will wear multiple hats, take ownership of challenges, and proactively solve problems beyond your immediate scope. Change is constant, ambiguity is part of the deal, and clear, concise communication is how we stay aligned, so when in doubt, bring people in.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Translate evolving commercial strategies, commercial workflows, and executive directives into scalable, rock-solid Salesforce architecture and automated flows.
- Own end-to-end CRM architecture, designing, building, and maintaining custom objects, complex flows, and third-party integrations across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, partner attribution, contracting, expansion, and renewals).
- Partner closely with DataOps to ingest, model, and maintain data pipelines flowing into Salesforce from our core platform (Threecolts Hub) and financial systems (Sage, Stripe), ensuring object schemas and field mappings stay synchronized so commercial teams see reliable, real-time product usage and billing data.
- Lead technical scoping, build, testing, and deployment for cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Operations.
- Enforce operational hygiene, data validation rules, and system governance to ensure business logic remains reliable as the commercial model evolves.
- Maintain system documentation, technical change logs, and deployment workflows so platform enhancements are predictable and transparent across engineering and operations.
- Continuously audit our commercial tech stack, identifying cost-reduction opportunities and executing seamless vendor migrations without disrupting rep workflows.
- Actively contribute to internal planning, team process design, and systems architecture roadmaps, identifying cross-functional bottlenecks and proposing scalable operational solutions that accelerate team execution and capability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

😊 About You

- You have a demonstrated track record designing scalable data models and modern workflow automations in complex enterprise CRM environments.

💼 What we’re looking for
- Proven mastery of relational database design, custom object schemas, complex validation rules, field-level security, and Governor limit management.
- Proven experience leveraging native enterprise-tier capabilities (high governor limits, developer sandboxes, Einstein features/ECI, advanced pipeline inspection) to consolidate tech stack bloat and avoid unnecessary external SaaS purchases.
- Deep hands-on experience or rapid technical aptitude with Sweep for visual business logic modeling, automated routing, dependency tracking, and staging-to-production deployment, prioritizing centralized orchestration over fragmented native Flow sprawl.
- Demonstrated experience working as an upstream recipient of data pipelines. Fluent in relational concepts to cleanly ingest and map product and financial data (Stripe, Sage) via webhooks, REST APIs, or middleware without breaking validation rules.
- Proven track record of executing rip-and-replace, vendor consolidation, and cost-reduction projects across the revenue stack (e.g., migrating conversation intelligence from Gong to Fireflies, consolidating e-signature tools, swapping enrichment providers). Skilled at data archival, license optimization, and end-user cutover management.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Slack for automated commercial deal alerts, approval workflows, and rep notification channels; comfortable connecting data feeds across enrichment, marketing automation, and internal operational bots.
- Advanced proficiency with SF Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench, and spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets/Excel) for mass data remediation, deduplication, and historical audits.
