More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

Wise Business has historically grown through self-serve and product-led channels. We’re now building a dedicated velocity sales team to help larger businesses discover, adopt, and fully activate on Wise for their international payment and banking needs.

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce & GTM Systems Specialist, who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders – to join our GTM Systems team. This is a key role in driving performance by collaborating with commercial leadership, revenue operations, analytics, marketing and other cross-function teams to ensure the execution of our Go-To-Market strategies. This will be a high impact and visibility role. The role is based in our London office, but you will also work closely with the global Wise Business Sales teams.

Since 2011, we’ve had a clear mission: money without borders. Built by and for people who live global lives, we’re the fairest, easiest way to manage your money across borders.

Over 10 million active personal and 700,000 business customers now use Wise to move more than £25 billion across borders each quarter, and saved £1.5 billion compared to banks over the past year.

A bit about the role:

In this role you will be responsible for designing and building the systems that power the Wise Business go-to-market engine. You will utilise your Salesforce expertise alongside other key tools across marketing, enrichment and engagement to build and optimize processes for our commercial teams for this high velocity business. You will work cross functionally to partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement & Marketing to translate their needs into scalable systems and workflows that accelerate and streamline a fast growing area of the business. You will lead tooling for the newly setup Wise Business Sales teams and should be excited about the 0-1 build phase. You must be self-driven, motivated and comfortable with ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and systems that goes beyond administration within a high growth environment, preferably in the fintech space.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
