The team that you'll be working with:
You will lead the GTM (Go-To-Market) & Growth function within the NTT DATA Salesforce Practice across the UK & Ireland. This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy, working alongside Sales, Industry Leaders, Client Partners, Alliances, Marketing and Delivery to accelerate market growth and expand our Salesforce business.
You will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, creating demand, strengthening strategic client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with key stakeholders across our global practices, industry teams, technology communities and strategic partners, you will help shape differentiated market propositions that position NTT DATA as the partner of choice for enterprise Salesforce transformation.
What you'll be doing:
As Head of GTM & Business Development, you will define and execute the commercial growth strategy for the UK & Ireland Salesforce Practice, creating a high-performing sales and growth engine focused on expanding market share and delivering sustainable business growth.
Order Intake (OIT) & Pipeline Growth
- Own and deliver order intake targets across the UKI Salesforce Practice.
- Build and execute strategies that generate sustainable pipeline growth and improve opportunity conversion.
- Aligned across Sectors, partnering with Client Partners, Industry Leaders and Sales teams to identify, qualify and win strategic opportunities.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and commercial governance.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Growth
- Define and lead the Salesforce go-to-market strategy aligned to market trends, industry priorities and client demand.
- Identify new growth opportunities, market segments and strategic investment areas.
- Develop compelling market propositions that clearly articulate business value and differentiation.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, alliances and delivery to maximise growth outcomes.
Revenue Growth (New & Existing Clients)
- Drive new client acquisition alongside expansion within strategic existing accounts.
- Build executive relationships with enterprise clients and influence buying decisions at C-suite level.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the wider NTT DATA portfolio.
- Deliver predictable revenue growth through disciplined sales execution.
Strategic Growth & Innovation
- Identify emerging market opportunities and business trends that create competitive advantage.
- Shape commercially relevant offerings that address evolving client priorities.
- Work collaboratively across the business to bring innovative services and capabilities to market.
- Ensure NTT DATA remains at the forefront of enterprise digital transformation conversations.

Thought Leadership
- Act as a visible market-facing leader representing NTT DATA's Salesforce business.
- Build executive relationships with clients, partners and industry influencers.
- Represent NTT DATA at industry events, executive forums and customer engagements.
- Contribute to market insights, points of view and thought leadership that strengthen our brand and market presence.
Industry-Focused Growth
- Develop industry-specific growth strategies aligned to priority sectors.
- Collaborate with industry leaders to position Salesforce-led business transformation opportunities.
- Support the development of repeatable propositions that accelerate sales and improve client outcomes.
- Drive consistency in market messaging and commercial positioning.
Alliance Growth & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and strengthen executive relationships with Salesforce and strategic alliance partners.
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling programmes and growth campaigns.
- Maximise partner investment and market opportunities to accelerate pipeline generation.
- Foster collaborative relationships that deliver long-term mutual success.
Brand & Market Positioning
- Champion the NTT DATA Salesforce brand across the UKI market.
- Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across client engagements, marketing activity and partner interactions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to raise market awareness and support demand generation initiatives.
- Strengthen NTT DATA's reputation as a trusted strategic transformation partner.
Leadership, Culture & Capability
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial growth organisation.
- Develop sales capability, executive engagement skills and commercial excellence across the practice.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and client-centricity.
- Coach and mentor future growth leaders across the Salesforce Practice.
What experience you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading enterprise sales, go-to-market or business growth within a consulting, technology or professional services organisation.
- Demonstrated success delivering significant revenue growth, pipeline generation and order intake against ambitious commercial targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience building executive-level client relationships and influencing complex enterprise buying decisions.
- Proven ability to define and execute successful go-to-market strategies and market growth plans.
- Experience working closely with strategic alliance partners, particularly Salesforce, to drive joint growth initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and structuring complex enterprise opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives internally and externally.
- A passion for growth, market development, client success and building high-performing teams.
