ThirdEye Consulting

ThirdEye Consulting is a specialist Salesforce, Data & AI consultancy on a mission to transform the way ambitious organisations get value from their technology. Founded by a Salesforce CTA and a seasoned consulting leader, we're built differently, we provide a home for technically curious Consultants and we work with clients who want something different too.

We don't just implement platforms. We unlock their potential. Whether it's Salesforce or cutting-edge Data and AI solutions, we design and deliver high-impact programmes that change the way businesses operate, making them faster, smarter, and more connected than before.

Our clients are bold. They want to be challenged, they want fresh thinking, and they want technology that genuinely moves the needle. That's exactly what we bring.

AI isn't a buzzword here, it's woven into the way we work, the solutions we design, and the value we deliver for clients. We have a dedicated AI Innovation agenda, with a team that's constantly exploring emerging tools, pushing boundaries, and evolving how consulting gets done. For the right person, this is an incredible moment to be here, you'll have the security of a growing, in-demand business, the freedom to get hands-on with cutting-edge technology, and the chance to learn from some of the sharpest minds in the industry.

Growth is happening here, driven by exciting new client wins. We're enhancing our already exceptional team of consultants with people who thrive at the intersection of technology and business, who get excited by complex problems, and who want to be part of building something special. At ThirdEye, you won't just deliver projects. You'll help shape the way our clients work and evolve through smart technology.

The Role

Health organisations rarely deliver care from behind a desk. The clinical record sits in one place and the people acting on it are somewhere else: in a patient's home, at a site visit, partway through a round. Solutions that serve only one half of that are the ones that end up worked around.

So we design for both. Health Cloud and Field Service as a single system, rather than two projects that happen to share an org. This role owns that design on our health sector programmes, where the clinical data model, the scheduling engine, and what a clinician can actually do on a phone with no signal all have to hang together.

What You'll Do

  • Own the solution on health sector Salesforce engagements, from discovery, build and go-live, moving into hypercare (including system monitoring, issue triage and incident analysis), before transitioning work to our Managed Services team.
  • Lead teams delivering large-scale, complex, multi-cloud implementations with Health Cloud and Field Service at the centre
  • Use critical thinking and judgement working on high-risk parts of the system, such as patient or medication oriented workflows.
  • Define the overall solution and delegate the detail to the build team, staying close enough to the work to know whether the design survived contact with it
  • Set and hold the technical bar: best practice, patterns, and the quality gates the team works to
  • Work with clinical and operational stakeholders who are not technologists, and design around how they actually work rather than how a process map says they do
  • Own the DevOps side of delivery: source control, CI, and a release process people trust
  • Take an active part in internal community and professional development sessions, leading demos and best-practice discussions
  • Build our health sector point of view: reusable assets, accelerators, and the occasional prototype that shows a prospect what's possible
  • Use AI tools to speed up solutioning and delivery without dropping the quality bar

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You've Done

Health Cloud and Field Service

  • Designed and delivered Health Cloud solutions: patient and provider data models, care plans, care programmes, clinical and non-clinical records
  • Built Field Service into that same picture: work orders and service appointments driven by clinical need, service territories, scheduling policies, dispatch, crew and capacity management
  • Configured the Field Service mobile experience for the reality it runs in, which is offline, in someone's home, on a phone, with limited time
  • Understood where the two products meet and where they fight: object model overlap, sharing and visibility across care teams and field resources, and how much the scheduler can be told about clinical priority
  • Handled health data properly: consent, sharing rules, data minimisation, and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR and NHS standards where applicable
  • Experience with Life Sciences Cloud or other industry clouds is welcome, not expected

OmniStudio

  • Real depth in OmniStudio: OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and Data Mappers, built so that someone other than you can maintain them
  • Capable of making decision on when to opt for Apex, LWCs, Flow or OmniStudio when objects use a mixture of components, and can explain the split to a team so the same object isn't automated three different ways
  • Version-controlled and deployed OmniStudio as part of a proper release process rather than by hand

Solution Design and Data

  • Acted as the primary architect on multiple large-scale, complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, across the full project lifecycle
  • Able to work with the delivery team to refine and manage the backlog, including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and requirements mapping.
  • Created solution design documentation: HLDs, LLDs, ERDs, system landscape, security architecture
  • Significant experience with process mapping and data modelling
  • Delivered complex data migrations, including the ones where the source data turns out to be considerably worse than anyone admitted at the start
  • Deep knowledge of the core platform: security and permissions, sharing, Lightning App Builder, Flow, Experience Builder
  • Experience with third-party apps such as doc generation, e-signature and scheduling products.
  • Designed for internal and external users, including patients, carers and partners on Experience Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Agentforce and how to design agentic experiences
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limits, bulk processing and handling of large data volumes
  • Hold, or are on the path to, the Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect certification

Integration and DevOps

  • Designed API and integrations, choosing patterns deliberately
  • Effectively communicating with downstream systems such as Manufacturing and ERPs
  • Overseen third-party vendors and held their deliverables to the agreed design and to Salesforce best practice
  • Hands-on metadata deployment experience, comfortable using DevOps tools and Git to automate and releases across multiple environments.
  • Interest or experience in the wider stack is a plus: Own, MuleSoft, Databricks, AWS or GCP

Delivery and People

  • Managed stakeholders at every level, from end users to C-level, and been straight with them when a plan needed to change
  • Planned and run workshops that hold the attention of a room of clinicians and operational staff
  • Guided testing and taken responsibility for QA and UAT success
  • Coached and reviewed the work of more junior team members, including holding the quality gates rather than waving things through
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams, including our dev and QA team in the Philippines
