Salesforce Integration Developer

Are you an experienced Salesforce Integration Developer with a passion for building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions? We're looking for a talented developer to join us on a 12-month contract and play a key role in the evolution of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform.

About the Role

Working closely with our Salesforce Technical Lead and Lead Architect, you'll design, develop and integrate Salesforce with a range of third-party SaaS applications and internal on-premise systems, helping to deliver innovative CRM capabilities that create real value for our customers. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine project delivery with platform support, working across the full software development lifecycle while contributing to the ongoing enhancement and stability of our Salesforce estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC) and other modern integration patterns
  • Ensure secure, scalable and high-performing solutions
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
  • Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic approaches
  • Leverage Azure DevOps to manage deployments across user stories, enhancements and bug fixes
  • Own incidents and BAU requests, resolving technical issues and maintaining the health of the platform
  • Contribute to technical documentation
  • Perform peer reviews
  • Champion best practices
  • Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
