Location: United Kingdom - Remote
TechOhana have partnered with a well-established End User in the Retail sector who are looking to hire a Salesforce Lead to manage their COE.
If you have been the most senior Salesforce person on a team for a while and you are ready to make that official, to own the platform, lead the function, and have a real say in where things go, this could be a great next step.
You will be the go-to Salesforce person for the whole business. That means setting the technical direction, leading a small internal team, keeping the org healthy, and working with senior stakeholders to make sure the platform keeps pace with what the business needs. It is an in-house role, so you are building something you can be proud of over time rather than moving from project to project.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
