Role: Salesforce Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site)

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000

Network IT are working with a leading organisation to recruit a Salesforce Manager to join their Technical Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to play a pivotal role in the ongoing evolution of a well-established Salesforce platform, balancing operational support with strategic enhancements and project delivery.

Working closely with the Salesforce Product Manager, you will act as a key member of a small but highly impactful team, helping to shape platform capability whilst ensuring users receive a high-quality, reliable service.

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Manager, you will blend Salesforce administration, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery to ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business needs.

This role requires a hands-on individual who is equally comfortable resolving complex support issues, gathering requirements from business users, designing scalable solutions, and delivering enhancements through to successful deployment and adoption.

You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where ownership, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the Salesforce platform, ensuring solutions remain scalable and aligned to business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day platform administration, including user management, permissions, configuration changes, and support activities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Deliver platform improvements and smaller-scale projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery and design through to testing and go-live.
  • Develop and maintain automation, reporting, dashboards, and integrations that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Take ownership of more complex support issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout.
  • Contribute to backlog management, helping prioritise demand based on business value, effort, and dependencies.
  • Produce and maintain clear documentation covering processes, configurations, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to support ongoing platform development and integration activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
