About the Role
Steadman Brown have partnered exclusively with an exciting retail business who have just finished the Salesforce Implementation across the business, moving away from legacy systems. They used an external partner but are now looking to bring someone in-house to lead the strategy, roadmap and development of the platform.
As the Salesforce Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the stakeholders to set the vision for the Salesforce instance, seeing gaps in improvement, then getting hands on with the configuration and building.

Key Responsibilities
- You will own the Salesforce Roadmap, Strategy and Backlog making sure it is aligned with the business.
- Translate business requirements into detailed solutions and architecture.
- Hands on configuration with the Salesforce Platform, across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud utilising Salesforce Flows.
- Manage the relationship with external vendors and Salesforce Partners.

Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ Years in a Salesforce Manager role within a fast paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple workloads at once
- Proven experience working with a solo and team environment, with team management experience a plus
- Strong hands on experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments using declarative build.
- Experience working in a complex Sales Cloud environment
