🚀 Salesforce Manager | London (Hybrid) | £65,000-£70,000
I'm currently partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit an experienced Salesforce Manager to join their growing technology team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys balancing administration, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and project delivery within a complex Salesforce environment.
🔹 Key responsibilities:
- Salesforce administration, support, and platform optimisation
- Requirements gathering and solution design
- Building and maintaining Flows, reports, and dashboards
- Managing security, permissions, and data quality
- Delivering Salesforce enhancements and projects end-to-end
- Supporting integrations, releases, and UAT activities

✅ What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Strong Service Cloud experience
- Expertise in Flows, security models, and platform configuration
- Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

📍 London based, with 3 days per week in the office. 📞 On-call support required for critical incidents.
