Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Email Campaign Deployment Manager

Location: London – onsite 3–5 days per week

Rate: £455/day inside IR35

Contract: 6 months initially

Environment: Client-facing | MarTech / CRM / Digital Marketing

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Campaign Deployment Manager to join a high-profile client engagement.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining SFMC campaign delivery, customer journey development, personalisation and strategic advisory. You’ll work directly with senior marketing and technology stakeholders, taking ownership of campaign execution while helping shape how the client develops and scales its SFMC capability.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building journeys and personalisation within SFMC and presenting recommendations, roadmaps and delivery updates to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

SFMC Journey & Campaign Delivery

  • Design, build and deploy multi-step customer journeys using SFMC Journey Builder.
  • Manage the full email campaign lifecycle from brief and build through QA, deployment and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build scalable and reusable journeys across multiple customer segments.
  • Configure journey entry sources including Data Extensions and Salesforce CRM events.
  • Identify opportunities for new journeys across the customer lifecycle.
  • Work across Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder.

Personalisation & Data

  • Develop advanced personalisation using AMPscript, dynamic content and segmentation.
  • Use SQL within SFMC for segmentation, Data Extension population and reporting.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Connect and external data sources to create highly personalised customer communications.
  • Work with data and analytics teams to incorporate behavioural and propensity signals into customer journeys.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, PECR and consent-management requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
