Contract Opportunity – Senior Product Analyst (Salesforce CRM/API)

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Product Analyst / Business Analyst to join a major CRM transformation programme with a leading organisation in the financial services/regulatory sector.

Location: Hybrid – London
Contract: Initial 6 months (likely extension)
Rate: £300–£350 per day (DOE)

We're looking for someone with:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Strong Salesforce CRM experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Experience with API-led integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft or similar)
  • Agile delivery, user stories, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
  • CRM transformation and enterprise integration experience
  • Financial Services, Regulatory or Public Sector experience is highly desirable
