Are you ready to shape the future of Salesforce solutions in a highly regulated environment?
Join Sopra Steria’s Strategic Digital Solutions (SDS) team as a Salesforce Product Architect and take ownership of the end-to-end Salesforce product architecture that underpins complex, business-critical services. This is an opportunity to define the strategic direction of the Salesforce platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to business objectives.
Working closely with product owners, delivery teams and stakeholders, you’ll bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, providing architectural leadership across a complex and evolving landscape. You’ll collaborate with clients, partners and colleagues to deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you'll be able to commute to our London office 1-2 days per week.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end Salesforce product architecture, including integrations and enterprise-wide solution design.
- Translating business, operational and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Defining and maintaining High Level Designs and Low Level Designs in line with enterprise architecture standards.
- Acting as the design authority for Salesforce solutions, providing governance, reviewing designs and ensuring architectural integrity.
- Designing secure integration patterns using Application Programming Interfaces, Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, Platform Events and event-driven architectures.
- Providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across delivery teams, supporting release governance, deployment strategies and environment management.
What you'll bring:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect certifications.
- Deep expertise across Salesforce technologies including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce security architecture.
- Strong experience designing scalable enterprise architectures within financial services, government or other highly regulated environments.
- Expertise in architecture frameworks and methodologies, including TOGAF.
- Experience designing secure integrations with enterprise systems and public cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, privacy controls, encryption, large data volume strategies and General Data Protection Regulation-aware solution design.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
