Salesforce Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join an established organisation, with a strong focus on leveraging Salesforce capabilities to enhance customer experience, streamline business processes, and deliver measurable business value.

The successful candidate will have proven hands-on experience working with Salesforce, with a strong understanding of CRM capabilities, customer journeys, stakeholder relationship management, and business process optimisation. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) would be highly desirable, alongside experience within financial services, ideally banking or wealth management. However, candidates from other sectors with strong Salesforce product management experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a strong track record in Product Leadership, taking ownership of product strategy, vision, and the development and management of product roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities.
  • Lead and support Product Owners through delivery, ensuring teams remain focused on customer outcomes, business objectives, and measurable value.
  • Work within Agile and Scrum environments, collaborating with Scrum teams, facilitating prioritisation, backlog refinement, and sprint planning, and applying Agile principles to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively across business, technology, architecture, data, and delivery teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
