We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Product Owner to join our IT Team, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.
We are looking for an autonomous individual with excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
As CRM Functional Administrator you will have a solid Salesforce Administration background, ideally ADM201 Certified, with the ability to understand business processes, objectives, driving adoption & process improvements. Experience in PSA is beneficial.
What You Will Do
- Own the Peerpoint Salesforce roadmap and backlog, translating business goals into a quarterly delivery plan aligned with IT strategy and governance.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce administration and configuration (user and access management, page/layouts, fields, validation rules, security model and data model).
- Act as product owner/functional lead for enhancements and projects, facilitating requirements capture, process design and impact assessment across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prioritise and deliver changes through controlled release management (sandboxes and DevOps tooling), ensuring appropriate testing (UAT/regression) and documentation.
- Create, enhance and maintain automation primarily using Flow; remediate technical debt and retire legacy Process Builder/Workflow where appropriate.
- Define and maintain data quality, reporting and dashboard standards for leadership, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adoption.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with InfoSec policies, data protection and platform standards; contribute to quarterly IT risk reviews.
- Manage and coordinate external vendors and contractors, setting expectations, tracking deliverables and SLAs.
- Partner with enterprise teams to design and manage integrations with A&O Shearman systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Drive user enablement and adoption through training, communications and stakeholder engagement; provide tier-3 support and root-cause analysis of complex issues.
- Monitor platform health and usage, establish KPIs and continuously improve processes and performance.

- Excellent organisational skills and able to run processes to meet deadlines, prioritise and judge when to escalate.
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working between technology teams and a business team
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple work streams / activities
- Attention to detail
- 3+ years solid Salesforce Administration experience, ideally ADM 201 Certified
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- Experience of Platform & PSA
- Business analysis experience – user requirements gathering & analysis
- Experience managing the platform with the ability to build fields, custom objects, process builders, workflows and complex reports
