Salesforce Product Owner - London (Hybrid) - £600 Outside IR35

Steadman Brown are working with a Salesforce customer, looking to bring in a Salesforce Product Owner to lead their Salesforce Instance. This company have over 500 users, across a wide tech stack including Sales, Service, Marketing and Revenue Cloud.

As the Salesforce Product Owner, you'll work closely with the C-Suite, and Snr Stakeholders to define the strategy and drive the roadmap of Salesforce, and how it can improve the business processes. You'll also inherit an experienced team of Salesforce Professionals, including 2 Administrators and Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Salesforce Vision, Roadmap and Backlog making sure it is aligned with business and revenue objectives.
  • Partner with Snr Stakeholders across multiple departments to identify pain points and improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed solutions for the technical team to complete the build.
  • Manage and lead the team of Salesforce Professionals, assigning work and making sure they follow best practice.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ Years in a Salesforce Product Owner/Manager role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in owning a Salesforce roadmap and strategy within a business.
  • Strong hands-on experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments using declarative build.
  • Experience working in a complex Sales Cloud environment.
