We're looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery and ongoing evolution of our Salesforce platform. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll take ownership of product priorities, lead delivery initiatives, and ensure our Salesforce capabilities continue to deliver meaningful value to both the business and its customers.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning and driving the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives and user needs.
- Guiding and directing project teams, establishing effective controls, priorities, and governance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce initiatives within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and third parties, including senior leadership stakeholders.
- Monitoring project and product performance, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication of progress and status.
- Continuously reviewing and improving Salesforce capabilities to maximise business value and support organisational growth.

What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of business-critical Salesforce products, projects, or programmes.
- Strong project management expertise, including governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to influence, organise, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of product ownership principles, prioritisation techniques, and value-driven delivery.
- Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of project delivery methodologies and best practices.
It would be great if you had:
- A recognised Project Management certification.
- Membership of a relevant professional project management body.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications.
- Experience delivering digital transformation or customer experience improvement initiatives.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: London (2 days per week in the office)
Security Clearance Level: eligible for SC Clearance

Salary: £74,256 - £92,820 per annum
Benefits: Annual Bonus, £6,600 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
