Hybrid | West Midlands
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential extension to 24 months)
I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation operating within a highly regulated customer-focused sector, who are embarking on a significant Salesforce transformation programme and are looking to appoint an experienced Salesforce Programme Delivery Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a business-critical Salesforce implementation, working closely with executive stakeholders, operational teams, technology specialists, and external delivery partners. The successful candidate will take ownership of the programme from strategy through to implementation, ensuring both the technical delivery and organisational change elements are successfully embedded.
The Opportunity
As Programme Delivery Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex Salesforce transformation, driving governance, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and business adoption.
This role requires someone who understands that successful transformation goes beyond technology, combining strong programme leadership with a focus on people, process improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale Salesforce implementation programme.
- Own and manage the programme roadmap, delivery plans, and key milestones.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, operations, business change, and data.
- Manage third-party suppliers, implementation partners, and system integrators.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective programme governance and reporting structures.
- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness activities.
- Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Ensure benefits realisation and successful user adoption across the organisation.
- Promote continuous improvement following implementation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
