Salesforce Programme Delivery Manager
Location: Walsall (Hybrid)
Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months), with the potential for extension
Reporting to: Head of Transformation & Change
The Opportunity
This isn't just another project management role. You'll be responsible for leading our Salesforce implementation programme, working alongside leadership, operational teams, implementation partners and technical specialists to ensure we deliver a platform that genuinely transforms the way we work. You'll own programme governance, delivery, stakeholder engagement and business readiness, ensuring Salesforce becomes embedded into everyday operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation programme.
- Develop and own the project roadmap and delivery plan.
- Manage multiple workstreams across technology, operations and business change.
- Work closely with Salesforce implementation partners and hold suppliers accountable for delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior operational leaders and executive sponsors.
- Chair programme governance meetings and Steering Groups.
- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
- Oversee budget management and programme reporting.
- Ensure business readiness, communications and user adoption.
- Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover planning and go-live activities.
- Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement following implementation.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered large-scale Salesforce programmes and understands that technology alone doesn't transform organisations—people do.
You'll have:
- Significant experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with Salesforce implementation partners and System Integrators.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at Executive level.
- Strong programme governance and planning capability.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent commercial awareness and budget management.
- Experience preparing and presenting programme reporting to Executive Leadership Teams, Steering Committees and Boards.
- A collaborative leadership style with exceptional communication skills.

Desirable Experience
Experience in 4 or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Omni-Channel
- Contact Centre technology
- Utilities sector
- Customer Service operations
- Billing and Collections
- Regulatory environments
- Data migration and system integrations
- Delivering complex integrations across CRM, billing, telephony, customer portals, reporting and operational systems
- Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
