Overview
Steadman Brown are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing company in need of a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join their team. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be crucial in managing and delivering successful Salesforce projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of Salesforce projects within our organisation. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Conduct thorough requirement analysis to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate contingency plans.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal resource utilisation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering Salesforce projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
