Mason Frank are currently working with a Global Salesforce End User who are looking to hire a Salesforce QA Engineer to join their established Salesforce team.
This role will be supporting large Salesforce transformation within the business and will join a established team of BA, Devs + more
Salary - £50,000-£60,000
Fully remote
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the direction of Salesforce testing activities across projects, working closely with business users and development teams.
- Define and execute appropriate testing strategies to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions are delivered on time.
- Review requirements and proposed solutions to ensure they are practical, user-focused and aligned with best practices.
- Manage testing for Salesforce integrations, including new developments and troubleshooting existing integrations.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases and documentation to demonstrate solution quality.
- Support continuous improvement by adopting new technologies, methodologies and testing best practices.

Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years’ Salesforce testing experience, ideally within large or complex Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce Certified (Nice to have)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defining appropriate testing approaches.
- Proven ability to identify, investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong understanding of scalable Salesforce solutions and UI best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
