Salesforce Revenue & Billing Platform Manager
Steadman Brown are working with a global organisation looking to hire a Salesforce Revenue & Billing Platform Manager to take strategic and technical ownership of its enterprise billing capability.
This is not a finance billing operations role. You’ll be the primary owner of the billing platform, responsible for its direction, architecture, governance, operational health, and future roadmap, working across Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ, Billing, Finance, and Data.
As the Salesforce Revenue and Billing Platform Manager
- Set the direction for the billing platform, owning its strategy, roadmap, and future architecture
- Be the design authority, making the key calls around platform design, governance, and best practice
- Shape how Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ and the billing platform work together across the quote-to-cash journey
- Own the platform beyond implementation, from releases and upgrades through to performance, technical debt, and DevOps
- Drive the architecture across Salesforce, Billing, Finance/ERP, Data, and associated integrations
- Work across Finance, Product, Data, and Technology to turn business requirements into a scalable long-term platform
- Own the relationship with key technology vendors and influence their roadmap where it impacts the business

What we're looking for

- Strong experience owning or managing an enterprise billing/revenue platforms
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), and/or CPQ
- Strong quote-to-cash / order-to-cash knowledge
- Experience across platform architecture, governance, and roadmap ownership
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
This role is office based 2x week - Central London
