Job Type: Permanent

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced & Revenue Cloud Billing Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Subscription Billing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You should possess deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Revenue Cloud Billing, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Lifecycle Management, and enterprise integrations. You will engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to define scalable architectures that support subscription, consumption-based, usage-based, and hybrid billing models while ensuring revenue recognition compliance and operational efficiency.

As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple touchpoints, channels, and systems. You will bring structure to complex business requirements and align cross-functional teams around a shared architectural vision that enables seamless customer and employee experiences. You will operate across both customer-facing (frontstage) and operational (backstage) capabilities, ensuring Salesforce solutions are supported by robust data models, integrations, process automation, and governance frameworks. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Data, and Business stakeholders to define solution architecture, guide delivery, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and value driven. You will also play a key role in enterprise transformation initiatives, helping connect experiences across clouds and systems to create a more unified, efficient, and customer-centric Salesforce ecosystem.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, Revenue Cloud Billing, Salesforce CPQ, Subscription Management, Order Management, Order Orchestration
  • Architect billing lifecycle solutions including Billing Schedules, Invoice Processing, Tax Integration, Payment Management, Credit/Debit Notes
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture, considering customer journeys, internal processes, integrations, data flows, and platform constraints
  • Lead design workshops and capture business requirements
  • Translate business processes into Revenue Cloud solution architecture
  • Provide architectural governance and design reviews
  • Balance business objectives, customer needs, technical feasibility, and Salesforce best practices to shape effective and sustainable solutions
  • Define Salesforce solution strategies, including cloud selection, integration patterns, data models, and scalability approaches
  • Identify systemic opportunities to improve platform efficiency, reusability, and consistency
  • Advocate for a customer-centric, platform-led, and evidence-based architecture approach
  • Design scalable Salesforce architectures that support performance, reliability, and long-term growth
  • Establish implementation standards and best practices
  • Mentor solution architects, developers and consultants

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce solution architecture within complex, multi-cloud, multi-channel enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end Salesforce solution design, including customer journey enablement, process orchestration, and platform architecture
  • Experience designing Salesforce solutions that span digital channels, business operations, integrations, and data platforms
  • Deep understanding of systems thinking and its application to Salesforce ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture
  • Experience designing or influencing operating models, governance frameworks, and delivery standards within Salesforce implementations
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity by structuring complex business and technical problem spaces into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, storytelling, and communication skills, including presenting architectural decisions and trade-offs
  • Experience contributing to or evolving a Salesforce architecture or delivery practice at scale
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end Salesforce solutions with measurable business, operational, or customer-impact outcomes.
  • Revenue Cloud Advanced exp is mandatory
