Salesforce Sales Cloud Owner – EU

As the Salesforce Sales Cloud Owner at Sysco you will play a pivotal role in shaping, governing, and delivering the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce Sales Cloud within our EU Sales Enablement Team. You will lead the long-term vision and day-to-day optimisation of the platform, ensuring that Salesforce continues to evolve as a business-critical system across multiple functions and markets. This includes driving adoption across more than 2,500 users, managing a network of Super Users, and overseeing the successful delivery of all cloud-aligned initiatives.

You will act as the strategic owner of the cloud, partnering with stakeholders across EU and US teams to understand business needs, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure alignment with our EU template and governance principles. This role requires a strong blend of product ownership, leadership, and operational excellence within an Agile environment.

This position offers a remote working arrangement from anywhere within the UK or EU and occasional travel will be required.

  • Oversee the organisation of Agile activity across 26 sprints per year, ensuring smooth delivery.

Strategic Direction & Roadmap Delivery

  • Partner with business functions to gather insights, feedback, and future requirements.
  • Work with the Head of CRM to define and own the Sales Cloud roadmap aligned to EU ambitions and standardisation principles.
  • Deliver all roadmap commitments without operational disruption.
  • Define measurable KPIs for major initiatives and track benefits realisation.

Cloud Governance & Business Engagement

  • Act as the “General Manager” of the cloud, ensuring adherence to EU governance, standards, and processes.
  • Support business users with ad-hoc queries and ensure high-quality communication and training.
  • Manage and engage a network of 30+ CRM Super Users across EU markets.
  • Coordinate demos, training sessions, and change-management activities to drive adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
