Are you passionate about securing enterprise-scale Salesforce platforms while shaping the future of security products in a highly regulated environment?

We're looking for a Salesforce Security Product Owner to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of critical Salesforce security capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to own the vision, roadmap, and operational performance of Salesforce security products that support business-critical services.

Working with a diverse network of stakeholders across Security, Technology, Risk, and business teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring security requirements are translated into effective, scalable, and compliant solutions. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic direction, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable business value through Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you'll work closely with internal specialists and strategic partners to ensure our Salesforce security products remain secure, resilient, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with an expectation of attending the office as required for collaboration, planning sessions, and key stakeholder engagement activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the vision, roadmap, budget, and backlog for Salesforce security products, ensuring they align with business priorities, enterprise architecture, and security strategy.
  • Leading the delivery of product enhancements and operational services through internal teams and strategic partners using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Driving security governance, compliance, and assurance activities, ensuring controls remain effective and regulatory obligations are met.
  • Assessing, shaping, and prioritising demand, balancing operational requirements, technical debt, risk reduction, and new business initiatives.
  • Managing supplier and service provider performance, ensuring delivery against agreed service, security, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring service performance, security metrics, and operational effectiveness, driving continual improvement and resolving emerging risks and issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
