Are you passionate about delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that make a real business impact?
Do you enjoy leading testing strategy across complex transformation programmes while driving automation, quality, and continuous improvement? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Salesforce Senior Test Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, stability, and successful delivery of our Salesforce platforms and integrated business applications. This is an exciting opportunity to lead testing across large-scale Salesforce programmes, working alongside talented product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that provide exceptional value.
You'll be responsible for shaping and governing the overall testing strategy, implementing best practice quality assurance processes, and driving the adoption of automated testing through Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). Operating within an Agile delivery environment, you'll have the opportunity to influence programme outcomes, champion innovation, and help build a culture where quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
We can offer excellent career development opportunities, access to exciting transformation programmes, flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative environment where your expertise can make a significant impact.
Please insert hybrid working arrangements/location requirements.
What you'll be doing:
- Defining and governing the end-to-end Salesforce test strategy, quality assurance framework, and test governance processes across programmes and releases.
- Managing the full testing lifecycle, including System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Leading testing activities across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and custom Salesforce platform solutions.
- Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and supporting DevOps-driven delivery.
- Monitoring test progress, quality metrics, defect trends, release readiness, and risk mitigation activities, providing regular reporting to programme stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement in testing practices, quality controls, automation coverage, and delivery standards to minimise business risk and maximise solution quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
