About The Role

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with strong experience in technical delivery and solution design within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and high standards of quality across all project phases.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, or solution design is essential. Candidates must hold relevant Salesforce certifications and demonstrate a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations. This is a hybrid role, with a preference for candidates based in or near London to support in-office collaboration when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions: Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet defined business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical design: Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to convert user stories into well-structured technical specifications and solution architectures.
  • Ensure delivery quality: Oversee technical build activities, performing reviews of configuration, code, and integrations to maintain adherence to best practices and CloudMasonry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance: Support development teams with design decisions, troubleshooting, and solution optimisation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Maintain architectural governance: Ensure solutions are consistent with Salesforce platform capabilities, security standards, and long-term maintainability principles.
  • Support release and deployment activities: Contribute to testing, release management, and post-deployment validation to ensure seamless transition to production environments.
  • Promote delivery excellence: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance performance, and strengthen technical delivery frameworks across projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ Years of Salesforce Implementation/Consulting Experience
  • Ability to architect high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong client relations and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
