Salary: Up to £77,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solutions Architect to join a purpose-driven organisation who are undergoing a massive Salesforce transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with business objectives and long-term technology strategy.
- Lead the architectural direction of Salesforce and ensure seamless integration with the wider technology estate.
- Produce high-quality solution designs, architecture documentation, and technical roadmaps.
- Assess existing systems and recommend improvements to simplify and modernise the technology landscape.
- Evaluate new products, platforms, and third-party solutions, providing technical recommendations that deliver long-term value.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Review designs and technical deliverables produced by external suppliers, ensuring they meet architectural standards and best practice.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout project delivery, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight.
- Support technology governance by promoting secure, resilient, and maintainable solution design.
- Keep up to date with developments across Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, AI, and cloud services, identifying opportunities to improve business capabilities.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience working as a Solutions Architect within complex technology environments.
- Strong Salesforce architecture experience, including solution design and platform integration.
- Experience designing integrations using APIs and integration technologies (Boomi experience would be highly advantageous).
- Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and cloud architecture principles.
- Exposure to modern data platforms, data architecture, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can be applied within an enterprise environment.
- Experience producing architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience reviewing and challenging third-party technical designs and implementation approaches.

- Microsoft Fabric or modern data platform experience.
- Zero Trust or broader security architecture awareness.
- Experience supporting cloud transformation or application modernisation initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, Copilot, or enterprise AI technologies.
