My client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Quote-to-Cash Solution Architect to provide immediate architecture leadership and delivery assurance for the global Salesforce Revenue Cloud transformation programme.
This role will act as a senior architecture representative during a critical phase of programme delivery, working alongside business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to review, challenge and strengthen solution design, technical decisions, delivery estimates and implementation approaches.
The position is intended as a short-term contract engagement to support programme recovery activities, reduce delivery risk and increase confidence in achieving key milestone commitments while permanent capability is established. This aligns with the existing CRM/CPQ Architect role that owns the overall technical design and architecture of the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform.

Programme Context
My client is implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agent-force Revenue Management (CPQ) as its strategic quoting platform across multiple countries and business entities. The platform forms a core component of the wider Quote-to-Cash transformation programme, integrating with AI-driven quote ingestion, MDM, ERP and downstream operational systems.
The programme is currently focused on delivering a successful R1 implementation while strengthening governance, architecture assurance, integration delivery and business readiness activities.
Experience Required
Essential
- Significant experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API-led architectures.
- Experience operating within complex global and multi-country environments.
- Ability to challenge delivery partners constructively and provide independent assurance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Highly Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce Billing.
- Knowledge of ERP integration (NetSuite, SAP or equivalent).
- Experience across MDM and complex data integration landscapes.
- Salesforce Architect certifications.
- Experience supporting programme recovery or turnaround initiatives.
