We’re looking for a Salesforce Solution Consultant!

🌍 Project: European D2C eCommerce platform for a global industrial manufacturer
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Consultant / Functional Consultant / Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale Salesforce Commerce implementation across 15 European countries.
What you’ll do:
- Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Gather, document and validate business & functional requirements
- Create functional design documentation
- Build and manage product backlogs in Azure DevOps
- Write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with the Salesforce Architect on solution decisions
- Support sprint planning, refinement, demos and UAT
- Act as the main functional point of contact for the client Product Owner
- Define integration requirements with ERP, PIM, CMS and payment vendors

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years as a Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant or Senior BA on eCommerce projects
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (or B2C Commerce with strong B2B exposure)
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements documentation skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Good understanding of eCommerce integrations: ERP, PIM, CMS, payments
- Fluent English and confidence working with US & EU stakeholders
