Salesforce Systems Engineer
As a Salesforce Systems Engineer within the Technology & Telecoms industry, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising CRM systems to support business operations. This role will involve ensuring that the CRM platform is running smoothly and effectively to meet the organisation's needs.

Description
- Maintain and optimise the company's CRM systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and customise the CRM to meet business needs.
- Manage CRM data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM platform.
- Provide user training and support to enhance system utilisation.
- Implement CRM updates, integrations, and new features as required.
- Monitor system performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align the CRM with broader business objectives.

Profile
A successful Salesforce Systems Engineer should have:
- Strong experience working with Salesforce systems in a technical capacity.
- Proficiency in customising and configuring Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.
- Experience administering and configuring Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Good understanding of database management and data analysis.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of system integration and updates.
- Clear communication skills for training and user support.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Hybrid role based from the Somerset office.
- Permanent position.
- Opportunity to work in Yeovil with a focus on CRM systems.
