Are you passionate about shaping the future of Salesforce architecture, AI and innovation, especially within highly regulated industries?

We're looking for experienced Salesforce Technical Architects to join a high-impact environment where technology, architecture and regulatory excellence come together.

You'll have the opportunity to design and evolve innovative Salesforce solutions across areas including customer management, complaints and outcomes, compliance workflows, financial crime and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, regulatory reporting, case management and robust data governance.

These are rare opportunities to tackle complex challenges, influence architectural direction and deliver technology that makes a real difference.

As part of a growing Salesforce practice, you'll work alongside experienced architects, engineers and business stakeholders to build scalable, future-focused solutions while helping shape architecture standards, governance and best practice.

You'll be joining an organisation investing heavily in innovation, modern Salesforce capabilities and AI technologies.

These are rare opportunities to contribute to new platform capabilities, influence strategic technology decisions and help define how Salesforce architecture evolves within a complex enterprise landscape. Technologies and capabilities currently being explored include AI adoption, Elements Cloud, CodeScan and other emerging Salesforce innovations.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work from our London office at least 2 days per week, ideally 3.

What you'll be doing:

  • Defining end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures across multiple Agile Scrum teams and complex delivery programmes.
  • Leading architecture and design workshops, translating business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Presenting solution designs to architecture governance forums and design authorities, gaining alignment and driving architectural decision-making.
  • Providing architectural leadership and technical guidance across delivery teams, supporting implementation and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Driving best practice across Salesforce Service Cloud, integrations, platform architecture, security, performance and operational excellence.
  • Contributing to architecture governance, standards, innovation initiatives and strategic technology roadmaps

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
