Salesforce Technical Lead
A mental health provider making a genuine impact on people's lives are recruiting a Salesforce Technical Lead to one of their many digital squads. This role will initially focus on their Service Cloud projects, working alongside a number of other technical Salesforce resources (both internally and externally).
You'll be responsible for leading the technical design, development and delivery of a number of Salesforce solutions that support business processes and customer experiences. You'll ensure best practices and ways of working are implemented, whilst also establishing guardrails. You'll need to be strong and decisive, knowing what projects to prioritise, and pushing back where necessary to ensure all technology decisions are well-governed.

You will be expected to have:
- Extensive Salesforce experience, likely 5+ years developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Expertise across a number of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience etc), as well as 3rd party products and integrations.
- Acted as a Salesforce Technical Lead in the successful delivery of projects.
- Been involved in architecture review boards and technical design authorities (TDAs).
- Excellent communications skills - able to coordinate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background in highly regulated environments such as healthcare, finserv, aviation etc (nice to have).
- Previously worked in an Agile environment with product and projects teams (nice to have).

Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Salary: £75k-£85k
Location: Mainly remote, with occasional workshops in their London office
