Salesforce Technical Lead | Apex | LWC | Sales Cloud | Service Cloud | Fully Remote | £80,000-£85,000 + benefits

Method Resourcing have partnered with a growing health-tech organisation who are investing heavily in their technology platform and engineering capability. They're now looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to help shape the future of one of the company's most critical systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Salesforce professional who enjoys balancing hands-on engineering with technical leadership. You'll play a key role in defining platform direction, mentoring engineers, and delivering solutions that directly support services used across the UK.

The role:

You'll join an established engineering function and become part of a team of seven engineers led by the Head of Engineering. This position has been created as part of the team's continued growth and will act as a key technical leadership role within the Salesforce landscape.

You'll work closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to design and deliver scalable solutions, whilst helping to establish technical standards and best practices across the platform. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with leadership, mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and platform strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
