Salesforce Technical Lead

📍Location - Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)

About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a growing consulting team delivering complex Salesforce transformation programmes for a range of enterprise clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading technical delivery, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and mentoring development teams in a collaborative consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery across Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Produce and contribute to High-Level Solution Designs.
  • Refine and manage user stories within Agile delivery teams.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities.
  • Promote development best practice, reusable assets and technical standards.
  • Mentor and support developers and technical consultants.
  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce releases, features and emerging best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Experience leading technical delivery within Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce CLI for deployments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solution design and implementation best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Previous experience mentoring technical teams.
