Salesforce Technical Product Owner

Salary: £125,000 Basic + 25% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Sector: Real Estate

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Product Owner to join a leading real estate business based in Central London. This is a senior, high-visibility role combining deep technical Salesforce expertise with strategic product ownership, team leadership, and senior/C-level stakeholder engagement. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, owning the Salesforce platform roadmap and ensuring it delivers measurable value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand customer needs, shape strategy, and align the Salesforce roadmap with commercial priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and deliver scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Platform Governance: Ensure robust platform governance, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and ROI, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and lead a team of Salesforce developers/administrators, providing career development guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Technical Ownership: Oversee and contribute to Salesforce configuration, automation (e.g. Flows, Process Builder, validation rules), and solution design, ensuring best practices are followed across the platform.
  • Roadmap & Backlog Management: Own the Salesforce product backlog, translating business requirements into clear user stories, prioritising features, and managing delivery timelines.
  • Change Management: Support the business through platform changes, releases, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and strong user adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
