Are you passionate about quality, automation, and ensuring Salesforce solutions perform flawlessly for end users?
Do you thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you can shape testing practices, mentor others, and drive continuous improvement across complex Salesforce environments? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Salesforce Test Manager / Lead Tester to join our team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions across a range of business transformation initiatives. You'll lead day-to-day testing activities, coordinate testing across multiple workstreams, and work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered with confidence.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on testing expertise with leadership responsibility, driving quality assurance activities across Salesforce platforms while helping to advance our test automation capabilities through Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
We can offer great career progression opportunities, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating testing activities across Salesforce projects and Agile delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Producing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts across System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Smoke Testing.
- Validating Salesforce functionality, integrations, data migrations, security models, automation, and custom platform developments to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to improve regression coverage and support CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Managing defect lifecycle activities, including defect triage, prioritisation, resolution tracking, retesting, and deployment readiness assessments.
- Providing testing leadership, quality reporting, stakeholder updates, and support to business users throughout testing and release activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
