Experis is partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation undertaking a major Salesforce transformation and is seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Manager to lead testing across a business-critical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan
- Lead SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing activities
- Manage defect tracking, reporting and resolution
- Work closely with business, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders
- Provide test governance, quality assurance and programme reporting
- Support successful deployment across a complex Salesforce environment

Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Test Manager
- Strong background in Salesforce implementations and transformations
- Experience developing test strategies, plans and QA governance frameworks
- Hands-on leadership of UAT planning and execution
- Previous experience within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth, Lending or Payments)
- Experience working in regulated environments and managing complex integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Salesforce Experience
- Desirable experience across:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
Additional experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce would be advantageous.
